WARRANTY

Customers may claim warranty claims for products purchased through our digital channels, email, chat, and contact form.

MALVA is responsible to the consumer for the quality of its products, provided they have not been misused and the customer has followed the product's care, use, and/or maintenance instructions.

These warranty claims must meet the following conditions and initiate the case-by-case review process:

• The purchase date must not be more than 90 calendar days in the past.

• Each case is subject to review by the customer service department.

• The response time will be given within 15 business days from the start of the process.

• The following are exempt from warranty:

o Products that show damage due to incorrect handling and/or care, accidents or improper use.
or Products with any alteration or repair.
